  1. Integration of Gmail with Outreach & Outreach with Salesforce to get the Google mails & the calendar in Salesforce. In this case, Outreach was used as Salesforce doesn't allow mail, and calendars to sync together with the Salesforce feature.


  2. Integration of the Aircall with Salesforce to track each call made by the Sales rep in Salesforce.
