Associate Solution Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the product, its features, and use cases.

  • Participate in discovery sessions to understand client needs.

  • Support senior engineers in preparing and delivering product demos.

  • Collaborate with senior solution engineers on solution design and client engagements.

  • Build small Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to validate solution feasibility.

  • Assist in understanding client requirements and mapping them to product features.

  • Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.

  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create tailored solutions.

  • Support presales documentation including RFP/RFI responses and solution design.

  • Participate in client calls, requirement discussions, and internal strategy sessions.

  • Continuously learn technologies, products, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BBA/MBA in Information Technology, Marketing, or a relevant specialization (mandatory).

  • 0 to 6 months of internship experience in presales or IT is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.

  • Confident personality with professional client interaction skills.

  • Basic understanding of IT or software concepts.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.

  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
