Key Responsibilities:

Develops a strong understanding of the product, its features, and its use cases.
Learns and participates in discovery sessions to understand client needs.
Supports senior engineers in preparing and delivering product demos.
Collaborates with senior solution engineers on solution design and client engagements.
Builds small Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) to validate solution feasibility.
Assist in understanding client requirements and mapping them to product features.
Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create tailored solutions.
Support the presales team in documentation, RFP/RFI responses, and solution designing.
Participate in client calls, requirement discussions, and internal strategy sessions.
Continuously learn technologies, products, and industry trends to stay updated.

BBA/MBA in Information Technology, Marketing or relevant specialization (mandatory).
Candidates with 0 to 6 months of internship experience in presales or IT will be preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
Confident personality with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Technically strong, with a basic understanding of IT or software concepts.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
