Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective students, understand their career goals, and build strong relationships to guide decision-making.

  • Coordinate and manage a team of Counselling/BD Interns to achieve admission and outreach targets.

  • Support planning and execution of counselling sessions, admission drives, and engagement strategies.

  • Counsel students and parents to promote educational services and offerings.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communications.

  • Contribute to brand-building and outreach initiatives such as events, workshops, and campaigns.

  • Track, measure, and report business development performance regularly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA/BBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.

  • Freshers welcome; prior internship experience in the education industry is a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a team, manage interns, and take ownership of responsibilities.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
