Business Development Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify prospects and business opportunities in the US region.

  • Understand and analyze client needs related to Salesforce, Odoo, SaaS, and IT solutions.

  • Qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and CRM tools.

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies for target accounts in collaboration with the sales team.

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and client documents.

  • Maintain accurate lead and account information in CRM systems.

  • Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports on lead generation and conversion.

  • Engage in initial discovery calls when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in IT or SaaS.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Exposure to Salesforce, Odoo, SaaS, or IT services is preferred.

  • Ability to work during US business hours.

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, outreach platforms, or lead generation tools is a plus.

  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with strong attention to detail.

  • Eagerness to grow in global business development.
