Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed market research to identify prospects and business opportunities in the US region.
Understand and analyze client needs related to Salesforce, Odoo, SaaS, and IT solutions.
Qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, calls, and CRM tools.
Develop and execute outreach strategies for target accounts in collaboration with the sales team.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and client documents.
Maintain accurate lead and account information in CRM systems.
Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports on lead generation and conversion.
Engage in initial discovery calls when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in IT or SaaS.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to Salesforce, Odoo, SaaS, or IT services is preferred.
Ability to work during US business hours.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, outreach platforms, or lead generation tools is a plus.
Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Eagerness to grow in global business development.
