Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape within the Odoo ecosystem.
Proactively identify and qualify new business leads, leveraging various channels such as networking events, online platforms, and industry partnerships.
Handle the entire sales cycle, from the initial contact with the prospect, product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to closing the deal.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and positioning our Odoo solutions effectively.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to articulate the value proposition of our Salesforce solutions to potential clients.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with other businesses, Odoo consultants, and technology providers to enhance our market presence.
Develop customized proposals that address client requirements and present a clear business case.
Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of our Odoo business unit.
Provide valuable insights into market trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development, with a focus on Odoo solutions.
Deep understanding of the Odoo ecosystem, including various clouds and capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
