Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape within the Odoo ecosystem.

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business leads, leveraging various channels such as networking events, online platforms, and industry partnerships.

  • Handle the entire sales cycle, from the initial contact with the prospect, product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to closing the deal.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and positioning our Odoo solutions effectively.

  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to articulate the value proposition of our Salesforce solutions to potential clients.

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with other businesses, Odoo consultants, and technology providers to enhance our market presence.

  • Develop customized proposals that address client requirements and present a clear business case.

  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of our Odoo business unit.

  • Provide valuable insights into market trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in business development, with a focus on Odoo solutions.

  • Deep understanding of the Odoo ecosystem, including various clouds and capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
