Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate B2B leads through research and outbound outreach

  • Make cold calls, send emails, and connect via LinkedIn

  • Qualify prospects and set up meetings or demos

  • Manage client relationships and handle communication

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

  • Understand client needs and present suitable solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support)

  • Track sales activities and performance in CRM tool

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management

  • Strong cold calling and outbound sales experience

  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build report with clients and decision-makers

  • Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
