
Business Development Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Generate B2B leads through research and outbound outreach
Make cold calls, send emails, and connect via LinkedIn
Qualify prospects and set up meetings or demos
Manage client relationships and handle communication
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Understand client needs and present suitable solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support)
Track sales activities and performance in CRM tool
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
Strong cold calling and outbound sales experience
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build report with clients and decision-makers
Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
