Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.

  • Handle customer interactions professionally over calls.

  • Explain company services or products clearly.

  • Identify customer needs and generate interest.

  • Maintain call records and update CRM or databases.

  • Follow up with interested prospects.

  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream).

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

  • Customer handling and objection management abilities.

  • Basic CRM usage and reporting knowledge.

  • Exposure to a real-time sales environment is a plus.
