Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors within the Salesforce ecosystem
Generate and qualify new business leads through networking, online platforms, and partnerships
Manage the complete sales cycle, including outreach, Salesforce demos, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure
Build strong client relationships and understand business needs to position Salesforce solutions effectively
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to communicate Salesforce value propositions
Develop strategic partnerships with Salesforce partners and technology providers
Prepare customized proposals, manage the CRM sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets
Share market insights and client feedback to support Salesforce sales strategies and growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in business development, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including various clouds and capabilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
