Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors within the Salesforce ecosystem

  • Generate and qualify new business leads through networking, online platforms, and partnerships

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including outreach, Salesforce demos, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure

  • Build strong client relationships and understand business needs to position Salesforce solutions effectively

  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to communicate Salesforce value propositions

  • Develop strategic partnerships with Salesforce partners and technology providers

  • Prepare customized proposals, manage the CRM sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets

  • Share market insights and client feedback to support Salesforce sales strategies and growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in business development, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.

  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including various clouds and capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
