Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure Odoo Accounting modules (Invoicing, Payments, General Ledger, Taxes)

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and journal entries

  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations (GST, VAT, etc.)

  • Generate financial reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements

  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Odoo workflows

  • Assist in Odoo implementation, migration, and upgrades

  • Troubleshoot and resolve accounting/system-related issues

  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure proper documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working with Odoo ERP (Accounting module)

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

  • Experience with GST, taxation, and compliance (India-specific if relevant)

  • Hands-on experience with bank reconciliation and financial reporting

  • Basic understanding of Odoo customization or functional configuration

  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
