Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture and technical strategy for Odoo implementations.

  • Analyze client requirements and map them with Odoo functionalities.

  • Design scalable module-based architecture and oversee customizations.

  • Guide the functional and technical team through SDLC.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality output.

  • Manage data migration, integrations with third-party tools, and performance optimization.

  • Own documentation – from design to deployment and post-live support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in at least 3+ full-cycle Odoo implementations.

  • Expertise in multiple Odoo modules – CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, Manufacturing, eCommerce, etc.

  • Experience in system integration with third-party apps (Payment Gateways, Shopify,WhatsApp, Tally, etc.).

  • Strong domain knowledge across 2–3 industries (Manufacturing, Retail, Services, etc.).

  • Excellent understanding of both functional flows and technical architecture.
