Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on best practices for utilizing Odoo's to improve efficiency and productivity.
Perform end-to-end system implementations and advanced configurations in Odoo.
Coordinating with the development team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to the project requirements.
Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.

Proven experience of 2–5 years as an Odoo Functional Consultant or Odoo Solution Architect.
Experience in Pre-Sales activities such as requirement discovery, solution presentation, demo delivery, proposal support, and client discussions.
Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst / Senior Pre-Sales Consultant, with strong exposure to process mapping, requirement documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
Strong knowledge of Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, and HRMS.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and scalable Odoo solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Odoo certification will be an added advantage.
