Manage IT projects end-to-end, from planning and execution to successful delivery.

Independently handle client calls, meetings, discussions, and escalations.

Manage project resources, task allocation, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

Coordinate effectively with development, QA, business, and other internal teams.

Conduct Scrum calls, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Track project progress, risks, issues, scope, timelines, and budgets.

Take ownership of project challenges and drive them toward resolution.

Handle projects involving multiple stakeholders and enterprise-level requirements.

Prepare and deliver demos and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Coordinate with the HR team whenever required.

Ensure projects are delivered successfully while maintaining client expectations and project objectives.

Handle projects that involve budget challenges, changing requirements, delays, or other delivery risks.
