Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and social media.

  • Perform cold outreach through emails and direct messaging to engage and qualify leads.

  • Maintain and update lead databases with accurate contact and interaction details.

  • Use CRM tools to manage, track, and monitor lead activities and progress.

  • Assess and prioritize leads based on business potential.

  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation metrics and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and tools to continuously improve lead generation outcomes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in lead generation, preferably within a lead generation or sales-focused role.

  • Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.

  • Strong understanding of B2C sales and lead qualification techniques.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
