Key Responsibilities:
Conduct targeted research to identify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and social media.
Perform cold outreach through emails and direct messaging to engage and qualify leads.
Maintain and update lead databases with accurate contact and interaction details.
Use CRM tools to manage, track, and monitor lead activities and progress.
Assess and prioritize leads based on business potential.
Prepare regular reports on lead generation metrics and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.
Stay updated with industry trends and tools to continuously improve lead generation outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in lead generation, preferably within a lead generation or sales-focused role.
Familiarity with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of B2C sales and lead qualification techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
