Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

  • Customize Salesforce platform features including reports, dashboards, workflows, process builders, and Lightning components.

  • Configure and customize Salesforce to align with customer-specific needs, ensuring scalability and flexibility.

  • Lead the Salesforce implementation, from gathering requirements to post-deployment support.

  • Provide training and support to clients on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.

  • Perform data migration tasks, ensuring seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.

  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and systems, ensuring smooth data flow and consistency.

  • Conduct system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and troubleshooting of technical issues.

  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features to recommend improvements to clients.

  • Provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices, governance, and architecture.

  • Participate in pre-sales activities and assist with proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.

  • Document processes, solutions, and best practices for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Cloud functionality.

  • Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects, from requirement gathering to implementation, while delivering results within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead client meetings, conduct demos, and gather requirements effectively.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on delivering high-quality solutions that align with client needs.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to achieve project objectives.
