Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio (basic understanding)

  • Assist in creating and scheduling email campaigns.

  • Help build customer journeys and automations.

  • Perform data imports, segmentation, and audience management.

  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and campaign validation.

  • Prepare documentation and reports.

  • Work with consultants and clients to understand business requirements.

  • Stay updated on Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field.

  • Basic understanding of CRM and digital marketing concepts.

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

  • Basic SQL knowledge is desirable.

  • Good communication and analytical skills.

  • Willingness to learn Salesforce technologies.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Salesforce fundamentals or Trailhead badges.

  • Knowledge of email marketing concepts.

  • Familiarity with Excel and data analysis.
