Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements, conduct demos, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
Lead client meetings with confidence, ensuring clear communication, effective presentations, and requirement discussions.
Manage stakeholders and expectations, sprint planning, project scoping, risk tracking, and change management.
Prepare project proposals, estimates, timelines, and comprehensive work plans aligned with client expectations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, address concerns, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Ensure effective project execution by coordinating with technical, functional, and delivery teams.
Monitor project progress, identify risks or challenges, and ensure timely resolution and successful delivery.
Knowledge or experience in the Salesforce domain will be an added advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience managing IT projects from requirement gathering through implementation and delivery.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, and project lifecycle management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead client meetings and presentations.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and change requests.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
Client-focused approach with strong ownership and commitment to successful project delivery.
